Times have changed

1950’s - What you don’t know WON’T hurt you

2016 - What you don’t know WILL hurt you

Just because you - workout in the gym - doesn’t mean you are healthy

Just because you - take supplements - doesn’t mean you are healthy

Just because you ‘think you eat good’ - doesn’t mean you are healthy

Just because you - shop at a health food store - doesn’t mean you are healthy

TODAY

More people have colds and flues

More people get cancer

More people have diabetes

More people have heart disease

More people have MS, lupus, asthma, migraines, headaches, joint, neck, and back painMore people have acid reflux, ulcers, and stomach problems

Now babies have ‘acid reflux’

More women have menopausal problems

More women have frequent and more severe PMS

More kids have attention deficit and hyperactivity

More people have chronic fatigue

More people have insomnia

More people have bad skin

More people suffer from depression, anxiety, and stress

More men and women suffer from sexual dysfunction and infertility

More people suffer from allergies, arthritis, constipation, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue

More women suffer from yeast infections

More men suffer from prostate problems

But then…

More people are on diets

More people are taking diet products

More people exercise

More people have ‘health’ insurance

Yet surprisingly enough

More people are overweight

There are more people going to doctors

There are more people getting diagnostic tests

More people are taking nonprescription and prescription drugs and more of them

There are more surgeries performed

The USA composes 5% of the world’s population but consumes half of the world’s drugs

And…

Medicine is the leading cause of death

What is this telling us?

Our current healthcare system is failing!

We are sick and getting sicker!

We are not treating Foundations or Health Stressors!

We are sick for a number of reasons

People lost the responsibility for their health

People don’t have the time or make the time for their body. People push the responsibility of their health on the MD or their insurance company. The insurance company’s job is to make a profit so believe me your health is not their interest. People have forgotten the body can heal itself. Drug ads routinely say when diet and exercise fail; you will need some pretty named drug to heal you. They have also taught us to be reactive instead of proactive towards our health.

No one can help you

If you are determined to learn

No one can stop you

Lack of Education

The youth are not taught basic knowledge such as; Health classes - body parts and how the body works, cooking, gardening and others. Kids now have to pass gov’t made up tests in order for their school to be eligible for money. Health, home economics, and phy-ed classes are now being cut. This ensures that more time will be spent on gov’t controlled education for the kids to conform to the world, biblically speaking, and not being able to think outside the box.

People only study for the test

There have been many people join our gym or seen me for nutrition services only to pass a test? What in the world does that mean? They only workout or see me to ‘pass the lab test’ at the MD’s office. When the test is passed, what happens to client? They leave…because now they are healthy. I wonder if the client knows that lab tests are a poor way to determine how healthy they are? What will happen over a period of time to their original lab numbers when they quit doing what improved them in the 1st place? Very few people these days want to commit to health improvement programs - unless the other person promises to do everything for them, which can’t work.

People seem to only be serious about their health, eating better or working out, either:

Before a trip (vacation - they will be doing lots of walking or hiking let’s say)
Before a trip to the doctor

But after the vacation or trip to the doctor (their blood work (paperwork) is within normal limits), they feel they don’t need to keep doing what brought them there?

You hear/see the wrong information

If we all believe it is best to get better without drugs or surgery then why isn’t that the 1st option? How many drug ads do you see on TV? They pretty much saying you don’t have to take care of yourself because we will do it for you because we have a pill for every ill. Have we become a brainwashed society? I think so. We get a lot of health information from the 3 F’s - Friends, Family, and Facebook!

Government

The USA economy is based on sick people so fixing health problems is not going to happen. Curing heart problems and cancer in the same decade would bankrupt the economy Dr Janet Lang seminar (there are cures for heart problems and cancer)! I was at a seminar in which a colleague ‘cured’ a named disease only to see the FDA show up at their door telling them to STOP or you will be shut down.. The government tells you how to eat via the food pyramid and the food plate ensuring the sick get sicker and that more people get sick. Want more proof that I’m not lying?

Medicare states that they will not pay for services in my office that:Seeks to prevent disease, promote health, or prolong and enhance the quality of life; or therapythat is performed to maintain or prevent deterioration of a chronic condition!!! Chiropractic Medicare Manual 2005, page 12-4

If the government had the best interest of its people, they wouldn’t subsidize tobacco farmers. They are paid 333 million annually!! McCain.senate.gov

The government also allows horrible farm chemicals etc to be sprayed on our food and GMO seeds to grow our foods. This almost ensures sickness. No offence to the farmers...They are TOLD what to do!!

Stress

How many people have physical, emotional, and other stressors in them? Everyone does. None of us live on our own island with any problems.

Technology

How can we be sick? We have the ‘the best technology, doctors, and hospitals in the world and yet we lead the world in health problems.’ Why? It doesn’t take technology to fix the human body. All the machines and technology can give you a diagnosis but the machine can’t tell you the underlying reason, or why you have the health problem.

Technology doesn’t help a sick person

Increasing the Foundations decreasing the Health Stressors and helps a sick person

As you will learn, the human body is healed by getting the Health Stressors out of the body and supply the body with its 5 foundations.

Treat the paperwork - not the Patient

Let’s say a patient received a blood test and their thyroid ‘number’ was low. How will it be treated? I bet a pill. Did this person get their thyroid problem because of lack or the thyroid pill? NO! The low thyroid didn’t fall out of the sky and land on them. Let’s say the patient is put on a medication and over the next several months, another test is performed and now it’s normal. Are they fixed? Hardly! Take them off the pill. What happens? They thyroid number goes back down where it was. All they did is treat the piece of paper. They didn’t treat you. They didn’t treat you as a whole person. When one treats the paper and not the person, this ensures sickness and profits.

This is why people look so good on ‘paper’ but look sick on the outside…

This is why some people get a clean bill of health…only to die 3 days later

Do health problems equal a drug deficiency?

Health problems are at an all-time high and drug companies’ profits are also at an all-time high. That sounds very fishy!! Medications (prescription and non-prescription) are the leading cause of death even when you take in account using the meds exactly how they are prescribed, abused, and treatments for side effects. If drugs are so good for you then why are they the leading cause of death!!! Not heart problems, not Cancer, but MEDICATION!!!! These are the same drugs on TV that scare you by saying “When diet and exercise fails you need Drug 1, 2, 3, or all of them! I If drugs work so well, when will they fix your health problem? If you have to take them over and over, they aren’t fixing anything, but rather they are masking or covering up you underlying dysfunction - something to think about? The Physicians’ Desk Reference (PDR) has over 3,500 pages primarily of side effects - something to consider before popping their pills. Why is it if drugs are so good for ‘sick’ people but not for healthy people? Is the person consuming the most drugs the healthiest - NOT!

We can now pick up all of our yucky food and medications in the grocery store for 1 stop shopping not knowing that the yucky foods their getting from the grocery store is leading to future medication use. My education didn’t teach me to go anti-drugs, but experience has. My wife was a clinical nurse working with many different types of specialists for over 25 years. She said their patients never really got better under their care.

Lack of cooperation

I often hear people say to me that they wished you (natural health practitioners) and the medical world could work together. I wish we could work together too but it won’t happen for these reasons?

There is a lot of money in keeping people sick. That is why the FDA has banned a lot of natural treatments in the USA.
MD’s must follow a protocol to treat you. If they veer away from the protocol, they risk malpractice.
Natural health practitioners that increase the body’s foundations and get the Health Stressors out of the body would help 99% of the patients! Imagine all the jobs lost.

Were smarter than God these days?

We have been told to trust the lab more than the land, pharmaceuticals over food, and the new GMO man- made foods over the perfect foods God has already given us! We also been taught the new religion called ‘science’! If science can’t ‘prove it’ it isn’t worthy. We will never be able to prove nature of God!! Romans 14:20 states You must not, for the sake of food, undo and break down and destroy the work of God! Everything is indeed clean and pure, but it is wrong for anyone to hurt the conscience of others or to make them fall by what he eats…GMO companies and their reps are in trouble!!

Watch your WORDS and THOUGHTS

How many people keep talking about their health problems? How many people ‘think’ they will never regain their health? Words and thoughts are energy and people emit this negative energy. This is why their health never improves. Whenever someone in my office says anything negative regarding their health I immediately grab the book Your Body Believes Everything You Say by Barbara Levine. People don’t realize they are their own worst enemy at times.

Me, Myself, and I

This is the new trinity. People only seem to do something these days only if it benefits themselves in some way (end time prophesy)! Why is this not done when it comes to one’s health? People expect other people to fix them. Sorry but it never has or will work that way. Your body is your temple. Most people know car and computer parts better than their own body parts. If anyone wants to be healthy these days they must be responsible for your health.

People’s money is shrinking

I believe people’s money is shrinking on purpose. Under the Affordable Care Act, we are all required to purchase ‘health’ insurance. How’s that working out for everyone? Premiums have increased and benefits have decreased. This also leaves less and less money for the individual to provide maintenance for their own health - ↑ Foundations and ↓ Health Stressors.

The Body and numbers haven’t changed

Take an MD out of his job for 15yrs and reintroduce him/her to his job and they will have no idea how to treat people because the tests and medications keep changing. Take a mathematician, a physicist, a chiropractor, or a nutritionist and take them out of their job for 15 years and reintroduce them to their job they will exactly know how to do their job. THE BODY AND MATHEMATICS DON’T CHANGE!Why do they need to keep changing how to treat people? Medicine keeps trying to figure out how the body works. They look at disease and how can we fix the disease instead of the reason why it started in the first place - see the 1Body diagram (chapter 2).

Diseases and symptoms are treated - not causes

The correct way to treat the body is to Not treat the disease

Treat the disease - always have the disease

Treat the underlying dysfunction that created the disease - the disease goes away

You were diagnosed with:

Arthritis

Thyroid problems

Headaches

Depression

You should ask:

Why do I have arthritis

Why do I have thyroid problems

Why do I have headaches

What’s the real reason why I have depression

and please don’t guess with my health

Be responsible for your health

Ask your health care provider this:

‘Why’ do I have my problem doctor?

You will usually get a garbage answer

or

You may be asked to see someone else because you challenged their authority!!!Get rid of the stuff that is not supposed to be there (Health Stressors) and give the body what it needs (Essentials - Foundations). This concept is explained in detail in the next chapter. If the body has Health Stressors or a decrease in the Foundations the body will do what it was designed to do…

PRODUCE A SYMPTOM!!!

The MD will treat the symptom because that is what they have been taught. Their education is heavily influenced by drug companies that ‘donate’ money to the medical schools. You will find out in chapter 2 if you keep treating the symptom you will always have the symptom because the real problem was never addressed. That’s what keeps the sick care wheel going!

To get people truly healthy….the body MUST be treated as a whole person

The Sick Care Wheel

Here is another analogy of the sick care wheel right where our office is. Across and down the hallway from us we have a pharmacy, insurance agent, and the local clinic. Here’s how it goes in the correct order.

Insurance agency -> Clinic -> Pharmacy

This is how people assume health is. They will buy their ‘health’ insurance, get (not develop) a health problem, go to the clinic for their diagnosis, and then go to the pharmacy with their drug deficiency. Am I wrong on this? This has been going on now for 3 generations and is accepted as normal. Of the 3, which you dictates your healthcare? Nope - not your doctor! It is your insurance company. They own your doctor, pharmacy, and believe it or not, they own YOU! Let me explain. Your doctor and pharmacy have contracts with the health insurance company. The insurance company is a corporation. They sole purpose is to make money for their shareholders. So therefore, they will dictate the type of care you get, medications you are ‘eligible’ for, and even which doctor you can see.

Too dependent on Apps?

Look on your computer of phone. How many Apps are available to you? There are 1000’s of them and many are health related. I know of many people that use apps and their still have health problems. Can they work for some people - absolutely!! Regaining health is can be difficult. Your body is the sum of many subtle energies. Tap into this energy or ask the body what is wrong or needed, is the best way to regain ones health (chapter 7).
